How do I place a bulk fabric printing order?
Placing a bulk order at Muzefab follows the same process as any standard order — through our website — with a few additional steps for large or custom-specification orders.
Step 1: Choose your fabric
Browse our fabric catalog and select the fabric type that suits your project — cotton, linen, jersey knit, viscose/Ecovero, lycra, polyester, or waterproof. Each fabric page lists the printing width, weight (g/m²), and available print technique (digital direct or sublimation).
Step 2: Order a sample pack first (recommended)
If you're placing a bulk order for the first time or working with a new design, we strongly recommend ordering our Fabric Swatch Pack first. This allows you to assess hand-feel, color accuracy, and print quality before committing to a large run.
Step 3: Prepare your print file
Your artwork file should be:
Format: PNG or TIFF
Color mode: RGB
Resolution: 150 dpi at final print size (for repeating patterns) or 300 dpi for photographic prints
File size: up to 300 MB per upload
See our full guide: How to prepare files for printing
Step 4: Place your order online or contact us
For orders up to ~50 meters, use the standard order flow on the product page — select your fabric, enter the quantity in meters, upload your design, and check out. For orders above 50 meters, or if you need split runs across multiple colorways, contact us at hello@muzefab.com with your specifications. We'll confirm pricing, lead time, and shipping options within 1 business day.
Step 5: Production and shipping
Standard production lead time is 5–7 business days after design approval. Bulk orders may require 7–12 business days depending on volume. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or DPD — most EU destinations receive orders within 2–4 business days after dispatch, US within 5–8 business days.
