What is the manufacturing lead time?
Manufacturing lead time is the time between payment confirmation and dispatch of your order. It does not include shipping time — for delivery times by destination, see: How long does shipping take?
Lead times by order type
| Order type | Standard | Rush |
|---|---|---|
| Fabric printing by the meter | 3-5 business days | 1-2 business days |
| Finished textile products (DTF) | 4-5 business days | 2 business days |
| Finished textile products (All-over) | 5-7 business days | - |
Lead times start from the moment payment is confirmed and your design file has been approved for production. If your file requires corrections, the clock starts after the corrected file is received.
Rush production
Rush production is available for all standard orders and can be selected at checkout. Rush reduces the manufacturing lead time to 1–2 business days regardless of order type.
Rush production is recommended when you have a fixed event deadline, a product launch, or an urgent client delivery. If you're unsure whether Rush is needed for your timeline, check the estimated dispatch date shown at checkout — it updates automatically based on your selected production speed and shipping method.
What affects lead time
Under normal conditions, most orders are dispatched within the stated lead time windows. A few factors can affect this:
- File approval — if your uploaded design requires adjustments (resolution, color mode, file format), production starts after the corrected file is received. -Submit print-ready files to avoid delays. See: How to prepare files for printing
- Order volume — very large orders (50+ meters or 50+ units) may require additional production time. For bulk orders, contact us in advance to confirm the timeline
- Peak periods — lead times may extend slightly during high-demand periods such as trade show seasons. We will notify you if this affects your order
How to find your estimated dispatch date
The estimated dispatch date for your specific order — based on your chosen production speed, fabric type, and quantity — is shown on the product page below the upload button, and again at checkout. This is the most accurate reference for your order.
