How long does shipping take? Delivery times and carriers
We ship all orders worldwide from our production facility in Riga, Latvia. Shipping times below are for the delivery leg only — they start from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the moment you place it. For production lead times before dispatch, see: What is the manufacturing lead time?
Delivery times by destination

Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to your email address at the moment of dispatch. You can use the tracking number directly on the carrier's website to follow your shipment in real time.
Shipping to the United States — duties and customs
All orders shipped to the US are delivered duty-paid (DDP). This means import duties (19%) are included in your order total at checkout — there are no additional customs charges, no paperwork, and no delays at the border on your end. Your order arrives ready to use.
Choosing between express and standard shipping
At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method. Express is recommended when your project has a fixed deadline — for example, an event, trade show, or product launch. Standard shipping is a cost-effective option for regular production orders without a tight timeline. The exact delivery date for your chosen shipping method is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
If your order is urgent, you can also select Rush production at checkout, which reduces the manufacturing lead time to 1–2 days before dispatch.
