Status of an order
After an order is placed on the site, it queues up and waits for execution. The execution of the order takes no more than the time that was indicated when ordering on the site.
When the order is completed and transferred to the courier service, you will receive an email (to the mailbox specified when placing the order), in which the status of the order will be changed to “shipped”, as well as the track number of your parcel.
In some cases, when the parcel does not have a tracking number (often when sent by regular mail), the tracking number field will be empty.
