1. Introduction

1.1 website is owned and operated by MUZE SIA.
1.2 MUZE SIA is a company registered in Latvia (1/5 Pilsoņu str., Riga, LV-1002, Latvia) registration number 40203163124, VAT number: LV40203163124.
1.3 By using our website, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. License to use website

2.1 You may view, download and print pages from our website.
2.2 You may only use our website for your own personal and business purposes, and you must not use our website for any other purposes.

3. Prices

3.1 Our prices are quoted on our website.
3.2 We will change the prices displayed on our website from time to time, but this will not affect orders that are being processed.
3.3 All amounts stated in these terms and conditions or on our website are stated inclusive of VAT if applicable.
3.4 In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay shipping costs, which will be notified to you before payment is made.

4. Designs

4.1 If you choose to upload a design to our website, you grant to us permission to use, store and reproduce your design for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
4.2 You warrant and represent that you own the rights or have permission to use “Your Design”
4.3 Your design, must not:
      - constitute an incitement to commit a crime
      - be in breach of racial or religious hatred or discrimination legislation
      - be pornographic
4.4 Any file you upload is used only to fulfill your order and is not accessible to third parties.
4.5 In some instances, the production process of your fabric or textile product may be showcased in our social media stories (with a maximum duration of 2 seconds). If privacy is a priority for you, please inform us.
4.6 We are not responsible for errors in customer files.

5. Payments

5.1 You must, during the checkout process, pay the prices of the products you order.
5.2 We accept the following forms of payment:
      - Visa
      - Mastercard
      - American Express
      - Discover
      - PayPal

5.3 If you fail to pay us any amount due under an order, we reserve the right to withhold the ordered products and/or cancel the order.
5.4 If you make an unjustified credit card, debit card or other charge-back then you will be liable to pay us, within 3 days following the date of our written request:
      - an amount equal to the amount of the charge-back;
      - all third party expenses incurred by us in relation to the charge-back (including charges made by our or your bank or payment processor or card issuer);

6. Order cancellation

6.1 You can change or cancel your order free of charge if it is still in the waiting queue (for regular orders within 4 hours from the moment of order placement, for rush orders within 1 hour). If your order has already been completed or is in progress, it cannot be canceled or changed.
6.2 If you cancel your order within the time frame specified above, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid us in respect of the order including the costs of delivery to you.
6.3 We will refund money using the same method used to make the payment.
6.4 We will process a refund due to you within the period of 30 days after the day the order was placed.

7. Returns

7.1 We are only to accept returns on made to order items if they are have:
      - Manufacturing defects
      - Incorrectly produced
The flaw should exceed 2 cm (1 inch) in size and be located more than 10 cm (4 inches) away from the selvage lines. Flaws within 10 cm (4 inches) of the selvage line will not be eligible for discounts or refunds. Please be aware that occasional small flaws may occur in the fabric, but we will make sure you are content with your order.
7.2 If you receive flawed fabric, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will issue a shipping label for the return process. For returns, you may be required to provide photographic evidence and/or return the products to us.
7.3 We will refund the money using the same method used for payment.
7.4 Refunds do not apply to cases such as:
      - The client files contain errors.
      - Damage during shipping
      - Delays during shipping
      - Cases of subjective evaluation (non-matching of colors, tactile sensations, etc.)
