What happens if I refuse delivery of the parcel?

If you refuse to accept delivery without a valid reason, we will charge you 5% of the order total plus the cost of return shipping. This covers the return logistics and handling costs on our end.

What counts as a valid reason to refuse delivery

Refusing delivery is appropriate if the parcel arrives visibly damaged — for example, if the box is crushed, torn, or shows signs of water damage. In this case, refuse the parcel and contact us at hello@muzefab.com immediately with photos of the damaged packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If you're not available for delivery

If you miss a delivery attempt, the carrier will typically make a second attempt or leave the parcel at a pickup point. Check your tracking email for instructions specific to your carrier. Do not refuse the delivery — contact us if you're having difficulty receiving your order and we'll help coordinate with the carrier.
