Payment and Delivery
Can I cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order if it is still in the waiting queue (for regular orders within 4 hours from the moment of order placement, for rush orders within 1 hour). In this case, a refund will be issued minus the non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment providers or banks (3% + 0.30 EUR).
If your order has already been completed or is in progress, it cannot be canceled or changed.
The refund will be made using the same method that was used to make the payment. We will process a refund within 15 days after the day the order was placed.
