Custom printed napkins in five fabrics, from pure linen and organic cotton to easy-care linen look polyester. Each napkin is printed with your design, then cut and sewn with a folded hem on all sides. Two sizes: dinner napkins (16" x 16") sold in sets of 2, and cocktail napkins (10" x 10") sold in sets of 4. What sizes are available?
All fabrics come in two sizes: dinner napkins 16"×16", sold in sets of 2, and cocktail napkins 10"×10", sold in sets of 4. A variation of ±1 cm is possible due to the cut and sew process.
Which fabric should I choose?
Cotton Panama (230 gsm, 100% cotton) has a white base and gives accurate, vibrant color. Cotton Napkins in Natural Color (309 gsm, 100% organic cotton) have a warm undyed base. Pure Linen (150 gsm, 100% linen) has a matte finish and gets softer with every wash. Linen Cotton (Leenane, 228 gsm, 94% cotton, 6% linen) feels substantial without being stiff. Linen Look Poly (280 gsm, 100% polyester) looks like linen and gives the most vivid colors.
Which designs work best on each fabric?
White cotton and Linen Look Poly suit bright, full-coverage designs. The natural cotton and pure linen bases add warmth to printed colors and work particularly well with botanical prints, earth tones, geometric and minimalist designs.
How are the edges finished?
All napkins have a folded hem on all four sides. Extend your design to the edges of the file to avoid unprinted borders, and keep important elements away from the edges, since part of the design is stitched into the hem.
What file size do I need?
The print file is slightly larger than the finished napkin to allow for the hem: 17.3"×17.3" for dinner napkins and 11.4"×11.4" for cocktail napkins. Use at least 150 DPI for sharp results on fabric.
How do I wash the napkins?
Machine wash at 86°F and dry flat.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Every set is made on demand, so you can order a single set. Quantity discounts start at 10 items and apply to the whole cart, even if it contains different designs.
