Custom Printed Table Runners
Custom printed table runners in four fabrics, each produced using a print, cut and sew process: your design is printed directly onto the fabric before being cut and hemmed to size. All options are available in three lengths, 16" x 55", 16" x 72", 16" x 90" (40x140 cm, 40x180 cm, 40x230 cm), so you can match anything from a compact dining table to a long banquet setup.
Choose cotton panama for a white base and the most accurate color among our natural fabrics; pure linen for its natural, undyed color and matte texture; rustic cotton-linen for a heavier, slubbed beige base that shows through lighter designs; or linen look poly for the brightest colors and easy care in restaurants and event rentals.
FAQ
What sizes are available?
All four fabrics come in the same three lengths: 16"×55", 16"×72" and 16"×90". The shortest suits a compact four-seat table, the longest works for long dining tables and banquet setups. A variation of ±1 cm is possible due to the cut and sew process.
Which fabric should I choose?
Cotton Panama (230 gsm, 100% cotton) is the everyday option with a white base and colors close to your file. Pure Linen (150 gsm, 100% linen) has a natural undyed base and a matte, slightly uneven surface. Rustic Linen (260 gsm, 70% cotton, 30% linen) is heavier, with a beige base and pronounced slub texture. Linen Look Poly (280 gsm, 100% polyester) is printed by sublimation and gives the brightest colors.
Which runner is best for restaurants, hotels and event rentals?
The Easy-Care Linen Look Table Runner. Polyester handles washing after every service or event better than natural fibers, and sublimation printing gives bright, saturated colors.
Can I print full-coverage designs?
Yes, on all fabrics, with a few differences. On Cotton Panama, solid saturated designs put more ink on the fabric and make the runner noticeably stiffer. On Pure Linen and Rustic Linen, colors come out warmer than on white, and these fabrics look best when part of the base stays unprinted. Linen Look Poly handles bold full-coverage designs best.
What kind of designs work best on table runners?
Horizontal repeating patterns and border designs work particularly well. On linen fabrics, botanical prints and line drawings that let the natural base show through give the runner its character.
How are the edges finished?
All four sides of every runner are hemmed. Extend your design to the edges of the file for full bleed, and keep text and important elements away from all edges, since part of the design is stitched into the hem.
What file size do I need?
The print file is slightly larger than the finished runner to allow for the hem: 17.3"×56.7", 17.3"×72.4" and 17.3"×92.1" for the three lengths. Use at least 150 DPI for sharp results on fabric.
How do I wash the table runner?
Machine wash at 86°F and dry flat.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Every runner is made on demand, so you can order a single piece. Quantity discounts start at 10 items and apply to the whole cart, even if it contains different designs.
