How to order a personalized textile product with my design?
Ordering a custom textile product at Muzefab is straightforward — the entire process from design upload to delivery happens online, with no minimum order quantity. Here's how it works step by step.
Step 1: Choose what you want to make
First, decide whether you need fabric by the meter or a finished textile product.
- Fabric by the meter — you receive printed fabric as a roll, ready to cut and sew yourself or send to a tailor. Choose from cotton, linen, jersey knit, viscose, lycra, polyester, and more. Browse the fabric catalog.
- Finished textile products — we print, cut, and sew the item for you. Choose from apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, leggings), home decor (blankets, pillows, curtains), accessories (scarves, tote bags, bandanas), and more. Browse the products catalog.
Step 2: Select your product and options
On the product page, select your preferred options — fabric type, quantity (meters or units), and size if applicable. The estimated dispatch date and pricing update automatically based on your selection.
Step 3: Upload your design
Click the upload button on the product page and select your design file. Supported formats are PNG, TIFF, and JPEG in RGB color mode. The editor will show a preview of how your design looks on the product or fabric.
If your design looks blurry in the editor, don't worry — the editor displays a compressed preview to keep things fast. Your actual print quality will match the resolution of the file you uploaded. See: Why does my design look blurry in the editor?
Step 4: Place your order and pay
Review your order, select your shipping method, and complete payment. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. EU companies can purchase VAT-exempt by entering their VAT number at checkout.
Step 5: We produce and ship your order
Once payment is confirmed and your file is approved, production begins. Standard lead times are 3–5 business days for fabric printing and 5–7 business days for finished products. Rush production (1–2 business days) is available at checkout.
When your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary by destination — from 1–2 days within the Baltics to 1–3 days for the US.
