2. License to use the website
2.1 You may view, download, and print pages from the Website for your own personal or business purposes, subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms.
2.2 You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Website or its content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from MUZE SIA.
2.3 You must not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Website.
3. Prices
3.1 All prices are listed on the Website and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
3.2 Prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable. VAT or other applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location.
3.3 MUZE SIA reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, the customer will be notified and given the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
4. Orders, Online Editor, and Customer Responsibility
4.1 All orders placed through the Website are fully self-service. MUZE SIA does not review, modify, or correct customer files.
4.2 The online editor displays products and fabrics in their actual production size, including seam allowances and guidance areas where important design elements should not be placed.
4.3 Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving their design, including layout, scale, placement, orientation, and proportions, before submitting an order.
4.4 By placing an order, the customer confirms that the submitted design is final and ready for production.
5. Design files and Intellectual Property
5.1 By uploading a design, you grant MUZE SIA permission to use, store, and reproduce the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
5.2 You warrant and represent that you own the rights or have the necessary permission to use the submitted design.
5.3 MUZE SIA is not responsible for errors in customer files, including but not limited to spelling, resolution, color choice, placement, or scaling.
5.4 Uploaded files are used only for order fulfillment and are not made accessible to third parties.
5.5 Designs must not:
constitute an incentive to commit a crime;
violate racial, religious, or discrimination legislation;
infringe intellectual property rights;
contain illegal or pornographic material.
5.6 MUZE SIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders containing prohibited content.
5.7 During the order process, customers may indicate whether publications are allowed by selecting the relevant option. If the customer has agreed to publication, MUZE SIA reserves the right to document and share parts of the printing and/or sewing process, which may include the full design or the finished product.
Publication is not included as part of the service, and not all orders are filmed or photographed. Content may be shared on MUZE SIA’s website, social media channels, or other marketing materials. Only orders for which explicit consent has been given may be published, and such publications include references or credits to the customer.
6. Printing, Color, and Material Characteristics
6.1 MUZE SIA prints on both natural and synthetic fabrics using different printing methods. As a result, the same design may appear differently depending on the fabric type and printing technique.
6.2 Color differences may occur due to screen calibration, RGB-to-print conversion, fabric structure, and ink absorption. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
6.3 Printing on natural fabrics such as linen or cotton may result in softer colors compared to synthetic fabrics.
6.4 When printing large, solid, dark-colored areas on natural fabrics, the fabric may become stiffer, and small white dots may be visible due to natural fibers or lint. White dots up to 2 mm in size are considered normal and are not a defect.
6.5 The same fabric may vary slightly from batch to batch due to production differences in raw materials.
6.6 The colors of the same design may also vary if printed weeks or months apart. Such variations may occur due to changes in color formulas, fabric batches, environmental conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. These differences are considered normal in textile printing and are not considered defects or flaws.
6.7 Such color variations and material characteristics are inherent to textile printing and do not qualify as manufacturing defects
7. Fabric Continuity Policy
7.1 We strive to deliver all fabric orders in a single, continuous piece whenever possible. However, due to production limitations and quality control standards, orders over 2–3 meters may be delivered in two or more sections, particularly if imperfections are discovered during inspection and must be removed to ensure usable fabric.
7.2 While placement prints require continuous layouts and are treated accordingly, repeat pattern prints may be split into multiple segments if needed. If continuity is essential for your project, please notify us before production begins so we can evaluate and confirm feasibility.
7.3 In the event of technical faults, we may offer solutions such as partial reprints, additional meterage, or discounts — depending on the situation — but full refunds or complete reprints are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed prior to order confirmation.
8. Product Conditions (Cut and Sewn Items)
8.1 Products are printed as sewing layouts, then cut and sewn according to standard seam allowances for each product.
8.2 As products are handmade, slight variations may occur. Size deviations of approximately 3–10 mm, depending on the product, are considered acceptable.
8.3 Pattern alignment across seams and between product parts is not guaranteed.
8.4 Shrinkage of natural fabrics may affect final dimensions after washing.
9. Third-Party Garments and Print-Only Services
9.1 MUZE SIA offers print-only services on garments and blanks supplied by third-party manufacturers (such as SOL'S, Stanley/Stella, Gildan, or similar brands), as well as on customer-supplied items.
9.2 In such cases, MUZE SIA's sole responsibility is the quality of the print application. We are not responsible for the quality, construction, fit, sizing accuracy, colorfastness of the base material, or any defects inherent to the blank garment.
9.3 Claims related to the garment itself — including but not limited to stitching, fabric composition, shrinkage, or color inconsistency of the blank — must be directed to the respective manufacturer or brand.
9.4 MUZE SIA does not guarantee that third-party blanks will be identical between production runs, as manufacturers may update materials, colors, or construction without prior notice.
9.5 By placing an order for print-only services, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the specifications of the selected blank garment, including sizing charts and material descriptions as provided by the manufacturer.
10. Samples
10.1 MUZE SIA does not provide free samples for fabrics or products. All fabrics and products are printed and sewn strictly to order.
10.2 Before placing a bulk order, customers may order the following paid samples:
a fabric sample pack containing samples of all available fabrics;
a sample of a specific fabric (20 × 20) printed with the customer’s own design.
10.3 The minimum order quantity for products is one piece.
10.4 The minimum order quantity for fabrics is one yard/ meter.
11. Payments
11.1 Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order. Orders are not entered into the production queue until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
11.2 We accept the payment methods listed on our Website. MUZE SIA reserves the right to update accepted payment methods at any time.
11.3 If a payment fails or is reversed after production has commenced, MUZE SIA reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order and pursue recovery of outstanding amounts.
12. Order Cancellation
12.1 You can change or cancel your order if it is still in the waiting queue (for regular orders within 4 hours from the moment of order placement, for rush orders within 1 hour). In this case, a refund will be issued minus the non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment providers or banks (3% + 0.30 EUR).
12.2 If your order has already been completed or is in progress, it cannot be canceled or changed.
12.3 The refund will be made using the same method that was used to make the payment.
12.4 We will process a refund within 15 days after the day the order was placed.
12.5 By placing an order, you confirm that you understand these terms and agree that transaction fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
13. Returns and Claims
13.1 All fabrics and products are made to order and are non-returnable, except in cases of clear manufacturing defects.
13.2 Manufacturing defects include incorrect fabric, incorrect product, broken or non-functional fittings, significant printing errors, or severe flaws exceeding 2 cm in size and located more than 10 cm from the selvage.
13.3 Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must include photo documentation. Products must be unused and unwashed.
13.4 MUZE SIA may request the return of the defective item before issuing a refund or replacement.
14. Shipping and Delivery
14.1 MUZE SIA ships worldwide using third-party courier services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
14.2 Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. MUZE SIA is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
14.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon handover to the courier. In the event of loss or damage in transit, MUZE SIA will assist in filing a claim with the courier but does not guarantee compensation.
14.4 The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable upon delivery in their country. MUZE SIA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
14.5 It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. MUZE SIA is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
