Bleibt mein Design privat?
Yes. Any file you upload to Muzefab is used exclusively to fulfill your order and is never shared with, sold to, or accessible by third parties.
How your files are stored and protected
Your design files are stored on secure servers with restricted access. Only the production team members directly involved in fulfilling your order can access your files — and only for the duration of the production process. Files are not indexed, made publicly visible, or used in any internal or external communications without your explicit permission.
Your designs are never used in our marketing
We do not use customer designs in our portfolio, social media, website, or any other marketing materials without asking for and receiving your permission first. If we'd like to feature your work as an example of our printing quality, we will contact you directly — you are always free to decline.
Intellectual property
Your design remains your intellectual property at all times. By uploading a file to Muzefab, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your creative work.
If you are placing orders on behalf of a client and need a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA), please contact us at hello@muzefab.com before placing your order.
Practical note for brands and POD sellers
If you are producing exclusive prints for your fashion brand or print-on-demand store, your designs are safe with us. We regularly work with independent designers, emerging fashion labels, and POD sellers who entrust us with original, unreleased artwork. Confidentiality is a standard part of how we operate — not an exception.
