The Cotton Napkins are made from Cotton Panama 230 gsm — a 100% cotton fabric with a classic basket weave construction. The heavier weight gives the napkin a more substantial feel compared to lighter cotton alternatives, and the white base fabric allows for accurate, vibrant color reproduction across the full print surface. Each napkin is produced using a print, cut and sew process: your design is printed directly onto the fabric before being cut and sewn with a neat folded hem.
Available in two sizes — a set of 2 dinner napkins (16" x 16") and a set of 4 cocktail napkins (10" x 10"). No minimum order required.

Tips for best results
- Apply your design across the full surface for an all-over print effect.
- Extend the design to the edges to avoid unprinted borders.
- Avoid placing important elements too close to the hem — they may be partially stitched into the seam.
- Use high-resolution files (150 DPI minimum) for sharp results on fabric.
