For straightforward fabric printing and catalog product orders, pricing is available directly on our website and scales automatically with quantity. For large, complex, or custom-specification orders, we provide tailored quotes within 1 business day.
When to request a custom quote
A custom quote is recommended when your order involves one or more of the following:
- Fabric printing above 100 linear meters in a single order
- Multiple colorways or design variations in one production run
- Cut and sew manufacturing with custom patterns

- Custom fabric widths or finishes outside our standard range
- Rush production timelines
- Ongoing monthly volume agreements with fixed pricing
How to request a quote

- Fabric type and weight preference
- Approximate quantity (meters or units)
- Delivery destination and required delivery date
- Your artwork file or a brief description of the design
We'll respond with a detailed quote including unit pricing, production lead time, and shipping costs.
Can I get a sample before committing to a full order?
Yes, and we recommend it. Our Fabric Swatch Pack lets you evaluate fabric quality and color reproduction before placing a bulk order. For cut and sew projects, we produce a physical sample for approval before full production begins.
Do you offer ongoing pricing agreements for regular clients?
Yes. If you're placing orders regularly — for example, monthly replenishments for a POD store or seasonal production runs for a fashion brand — we can discuss a volume pricing agreement. Contact us to explore this option.
