Custom DTF Printed Products

DTF — Direct to Film — is a printing method that transfers your design from a printed film directly onto the finished garment using heat. Unlike sublimation, which requires a high polyester content, DTF works on any fabric including 100% cotton, making it the ideal choice for printing logos, graphics, and detailed artwork onto classic garment blanks without the need for all-over coverage.

All products in this section are printed on premium quality blanks known for consistent sizing, reliable construction, and fabric that holds print results exceptionally well. The current range includes men's and women's T-shirts in multiple fits, unisex hoodies at two quality tiers, and a cotton tote bag. Each product is available from a single unit with bulk discounts applied automatically as quantities increase. No setup costs, no minimum runs — just upload your design and order what you need.

FAQ

What is DTF printing?

DTF (Direct to Film) is a print method where your design is printed onto a special transfer film and then heat-pressed directly onto the finished garment. The result is a full-color placement print with a slightly raised feel on the fabric surface.

What's the difference between DTF and all-over print (AOP)?

DTF prints a specific area of the garment — typically the chest, back, or sleeve — rather than covering the entire surface. AOP covers the full garment from seam to seam.

What fabrics can be printed with DTF?

DTF works on any fabric including cotton, polyester, linen, polyamide, blends and more.

Can you print white on dark garments?

Yes. DTF printing includes a white underbase layer as part of the standard process, which means white ink and light colors reproduce accurately even on dark or black fabrics. This is one of the key advantages of DTF over standard screen printing without a white base.

How durable is DTF print?

DTF prints are highly wash-resistant. Wash inside out at 30°C (86°F).

Can I print a small logo or detailed artwork?

Yes. DTF handles fine lines, small text, and complex multi-color designs well. There is no color limit and no setup cost per color.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order from a single unit. Bulk discounts apply automatically as quantities increase.

Can I add my own label to the garment?

Yes. You can order custom satin label printing from our catalog, or send us your own labels and specify which products to attach them to.
