What is the file format?
We work with raster file formats — JPG, PNG, TIF (flattened).
What colour mode should I use?
For best results we strongly recommend to use RGB colour mode as the color gamut of our printers is much wider than the traditional CMYK color model.
What is the best resolution to print in?
200 dpi is optimal for uploaded images. However if you want to increase the size of the pattern, this requires the image of a higher resolution. This would allow enlarging it without losing the quality of the print.
If your file is low resolution, don't worry. Our design interface will display the image at printable size and will not allow you to print an image below printable quality.
Importantly
Please check the edges of the uploaded image to make sure there are no artifacts in the form of light or dark 1px lines along the edge of the pattern. When printed, these artifacts are likely to be noticeable, highlighting the edge of the pattern.
