The Custom Velvet Blanket is made from Twin Velvet — a 95% polyester, 5% spandex fabric at 400 gsm. The heavier weight and velvet construction give the blanket a smooth, rich surface on the printed side and a soft, plush hand feel on the reverse. The dense pile holds sublimation color with excellent depth and sharpness, making it well suited for detailed all-over prints and large graphic designs. Printing is applied to one side only; the reverse remains white. Available in three sizes — 30" x 39", 39" x 55", and 55" x 79". No minimum order required.

Tips for best results
- Extend your design to the full bleed area to avoid unprinted white edges.
- Avoid placing important elements too close to the edges — they may end up in the seams.
- Avoid large solid fills with dark colors — sublimation on velvet performs best with gradients and detailed patterns.
- The velvet pile may create a slight directional sheen — designs with varied tones and textures work particularly well on this fabric.
- Use high-resolution files (150 DPI minimum) for sharp results.
- The reverse side is always white and cannot be printed.
