This mid-weight polyester fabric carries a permanent flame retardant certification to BS5867 Part 2 Type C — the fire safety standard required by the majority of professional venues in the UK and across Europe, including theatres, concert halls, exhibition centres, hotels, and public event spaces. The smooth polyester surface produces sharp, high-contrast sublimation print results with accurate colour reproduction — suitable for detailed graphics, typographic work, and photographic imagery. At 145 gsm, it hangs cleanly from the tunnel hem in standard indoor conditions without additional loading.

Where it works best
The standard specification for any installation in a venue with fire safety requirements — theatres, opera houses, concert halls, hotels, exhibition centres, and public event spaces. Widely used across professional event production, trade show design, and public gallery and museum installations.
Finishing & Mounting
All banners are finished with a 5cm tunnel hem at top and bottom for mounting on a pole, pipe, or track system. The bottom hem can be loaded with a weighted bar or tube to stabilise the banner in outdoor or high-traffic environments. Side edges are finished with a 1cm double-folded seam.
Care instructions
Machine wash at 30°C (86°F). Dry flat. Do not iron on the printed areas. Note: the flame retardant treatment is permanent and is not affected by washing.

Tips for best results
- Do not place important elements too close to the edges — the tunnel hem at top and bottom will obscure approximately 5 cm on each end.
- Extend your design to the full bleed area to avoid unprinted borders.
- The smooth polyester surface produces sharp, vivid sublimation results — photographic images, fine typography, and detailed graphics all reproduce with high fidelity.
- Use files at 150 DPI minimum at the final print size for good results.
