All-Over Print Clothing
All-over print means exactly that — your design covers the entire garment, from seam to seam, with no borders, no blank panels, and no limitations on placement. Every piece in this collection is cut and sewn from fabric printed specifically for that item, which means the pattern flows continuously across the front, back, and sleeves as a single uninterrupted image. The result is a level of visual impact that standard chest-print garments simply cannot match.
Our AOP range spans T-shirts and sweatshirts in both cotton and fleece jersey, fitted activewear in eco lycra and rib knit, yoga leggings and cycling shorts, kids pyjamas, softshell and sherpa bombers, and a bathrobe — all produced from quality fabrics using OEKO-TEX certified printing. Order a single piece to sample your design, or scale up with bulk pricing that adjusts automatically. No minimums, no setup fees.
FAQ
What is all-over print (AOP)?
All-over print means your design is printed across the entire surface of the fabric before the garment is cut and sewn. Unlike a standard chest print, there are no blank areas — the pattern covers the front, back, sleeves, and any other panels continuously.
What printing methods are used for AOP garments?
It depends on the fabric. Synthetic fabrics (lycra, fleece jersey, polyester) use sublimation printing — the ink bonds permanently with the fiber for vivid, wash-resistant color. Cotton garments use pigment printing certified to OEKO-TEX standards.
Can I print a repeating pattern or a single large image?
Both work well. Repeating patterns, abstract prints, and photographic images all reproduce accurately with AOP. For best results on large single images, design to the full garment dimensions including seam areas.
How do seams affect the print?
Because the fabric is printed flat before cutting, the design will shift slightly at seams — this is inherent to the cut and sew process. For clean alignment across panels, allow for a small margin in your design at seam positions.
What file format and resolution should I use?
Upload PNG or JPEG files at 150 DPI minimum at the final print size.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order from a single piece. Bulk discounts apply automatically at 10, 40, and 100+ units — no need to enter a code.
Can I order a sample before placing a larger order?
Yes. Order a single unit at the standard single-piece price to check fit, fabric, and print quality before scaling up.
Can I brand the garment with my own label?
Yes. You can order custom satin label printing from the Muzefab catalog, or send your own ready-made labels and specify which products to attach them to.
