What is the difference between AOP and DTF sweatshirts?
All-Over Print (AOP) sweatshirts are cut and sewn from fully printed fabric — the design covers all panels including front, back, sleeves, and hood. DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing applies a graphic to a specific area of a pre-made garment. The SOL'S Condor and Origin hoodies use DTF printing and are available in a range of pre-dyed colours.
What fabrics are available?
Three fabrics are available. Fleece Jersey (300 gsm polyester) is the standard AOP sweatshirt and hoodie fabric — soft, lightweight, and well suited to sublimation printing. Cotton French Terry (400 gsm) is a heavier cotton-rich option with a looped inner texture — uses pigment printing and produces more matte, natural-toned results. Minky (polyester) is used exclusively for the Blanket Hoodie — a thick, plush pile fabric for an oversized blanket-weight fit.
What styles are available?
Eight styles are available: standard sweatshirt, cropped sweatshirt, regular hoodie, French terry hoodie, blanket hoodie, and two SOL'S DTF hoodies (Condor unisex and Origin premium). Check each product page for exact cut and fit details.
What sizes are available?
Most AOP styles are available in 6 sizes. SOL'S hoodies are available in 7 sizes. The Cropped Sweatshirt is available in 1 size and the Blanket Hoodie in 2 sizes. Check each product page for the full size chart with measurements.
Can I print on dark coloured sweatshirts?
For DTF styles, yes — DTF printing includes a white underbase that allows printing on dark and coloured garments. For AOP styles, the base fabric is white and the design determines the colour of all panels.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. All sweatshirts and hoodies are produced on demand from a single unit. Bulk discounts apply automatically as quantities increase.
What file format and resolution should I use?
Upload PNG or JPEG files at 150 DPI minimum at the final print size. For AOP styles, design to the full garment template covering all panels including sleeves and hood. For DTF styles, provide the print area graphic only. Check each product page for exact file guidelines.
