The Custom Minky Blanket is made from 100% polyester at 300 gsm with a soft silk-touch finish — a plush, lightweight fabric that works well as a throw blanket for home use, gifting, and branded merchandise. The white base fabric ensures vibrant sublimation print results with accurate color reproduction across the full surface. Printing is applied to one side only; the reverse remains white. Available in three sizes — 30" x 39", 39" x 55", and 55" x 79". No minimum order required.

Tips for best results
- Extend your design to the full bleed area to avoid unprinted white edges.
- Avoid placing important elements too close to the edges — they may end up in the seams.
- Avoid large solid fills with dark colors — sublimation on polyester performs best with gradients and detailed patterns.
- Use high-resolution files (300 DPI minimum) for sharp results.
- The reverse side is always white and cannot be printed.

- Front-to-back pattern alignment is not possible.
