What is the difference between DTF and All-Over Print t-shirts?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing applies a precise graphic to a specific area of the garment — typically the chest or back. The SOL'S Imperial, Legend, and Boxy Oversized t-shirts use DTF printing and are available in a range of pre-dyed colours. All-Over Print (AOP) means the design covers all panels of the garment — front, back, and sleeves. AOP t-shirts are cut and sewn from printed fabric, so the design wraps the entire garment.
What fabrics are available?
DTF styles use SOL'S cotton jersey — a standard combed cotton with a smooth, soft finish. AOP styles are available in cotton jersey (regular and loose fit), sport mesh (breathable open-weave polyester), and sports performance fabric. Check each product page for exact fabric composition and weight.
What fits are available?
Three fits are available: regular fit (standard women's cut), loose fit (relaxed, dropped shoulder), and oversized (boxy cut). The SOL'S Boxy Oversized T-Shirt is the only oversized option.
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary by style — from 3 sizes on the Loose Fit Cotton to 7 sizes on the SOL'S Legend. Check each product page for the full size chart with measurements.
Can I print on dark coloured t-shirts?
For DTF styles, yes — DTF printing includes a white underbase that allows printing on dark and coloured garments. For AOP styles, the fabric is white and the design covers the entire surface, so the base colour is determined by the design itself.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. All t-shirts are produced on demand from a single unit. Bulk discounts apply automatically as quantities increase.
What file format and resolution should I use?
Upload PNG or JPEG files at 150 DPI minimum at the final print size. For AOP styles, design to the full garment template covering all panels. For DTF styles, provide the print area graphic only. Check each product page for exact file guidelines.
