A heavy-duty Oxford weave polyester built for outdoor use. Fully waterproof and UV-resistant, it maintains structural integrity and print quality through sustained exposure to rain, direct sunlight, and wind. The tight weave produces sharp, vivid, UV-stable print output. The bottom tunnel hem can be loaded with a weighted bar to keep the banner taut in exposed conditions. Machine washable and designed for repeated use across multiple events.

Finishing & Mounting
All banners are finished with a 5cm tunnel hem at top and bottom for mounting on a pole, pipe, or track system. The bottom hem can be loaded with a weighted bar or tube to stabilise the banner in outdoor or high-traffic environments. Side edges are finished with a 1cm double-folded seam.
Care instructions
Machine wash at 30°C (86°F). Dry flat.

Tips for best results
- Do not place important elements too close to the edges — the tunnel hem at top and bottom will obscure approximately 5 cm on each end.
- Extend your design to the full bleed area to avoid unprinted borders.
- Oxford polyester produces sharp, vivid sublimation results with good color saturation — bold graphics, high-contrast designs, and large-scale type all reproduce well.
- UV-stable inks ensure colors remain accurate outdoors over time — no special design adjustments needed for outdoor use.
- Use files at 150 DPI minimum at the final print size for good results.
