The most substantial fabric in the range — 330 gsm recycled polyester with certified flame retardancy and a distinctive crepe surface texture. The weight alone gives large-format banners a settled, commanding hang without additional loading. The crepe finish catches and diffuses light across the face of the banner, adding visual depth and tactile presence that smooth fabrics cannot replicate. Bold graphics and high-contrast imagery perform particularly well on this surface.

Finishing & Mounting
All banners are finished with a 5cm tunnel hem at top and bottom for mounting on a pole, pipe, or track system. The bottom hem can be loaded with a weighted bar or tube to stabilise the banner in outdoor or high-traffic environments. Side edges are finished with a 1cm double-folded seam.
Care instructions
Machine wash at 30°C (86°F). Dry flat. Do not iron on the printed areas. The flame retardant treatment is permanent and is not affected by washing.

Tips for best results
- Do not place important elements too close to the edges — the tunnel hem at top and bottom will obscure approximately 5 cm on each end.
- Extend your design to the full bleed area to avoid unprinted borders.
- The crepe surface diffuses fine detail slightly — bold graphics, large-scale imagery, and high-contrast designs perform best on this texture.
- The heavy weight (330 gsm) gives the banner a natural, settled hang — no additional weighting is needed for most indoor installations.
- Use files at 150 DPI minimum at the final print size for good results.
