The Custom Sherpa Blanket is made from Sherpa Fleece — a 100% recycled polyester fabric at 16.2 oz/yd² with a dual-texture construction. The smooth front side accepts sublimation printing with vibrant, full-color results across the entire surface. The reverse side features the characteristic sherpa pile — dense, curly, and exceptionally soft — which provides warmth and a premium hand feel. This combination of a printed top and a plush sherpa back makes it one of the most popular custom blanket options for gifting, home decor collections, and branded merchandise. Available in three sizes — 30" x 39", 39" x 55", and 55" x 79". No minimum order required.

Tips for best results
- Extend your design to the full bleed area to avoid unprinted white edges.
- Avoid placing important elements too close to the edges — they may end up in the seams.
- Avoid large solid fills with dark colors — sublimation on sherpa fleece performs best with gradients, patterns, and designs with tonal variation.
- Use high-resolution files (150 DPI minimum) for sharp results.
- The sherpa reverse is always unprinted — design only applies to the smooth front side.

- Print is applied to the smooth front side only. The sherpa reverse remains unprinted.
- Exact print placement cannot be guaranteed.
- Front-to-back pattern alignment is not possible.
- Elements outside the safe print area may not appear fully on the finished product.
- Minor size variations of ±0.4 in are possible due to the cut and sew process.
